Frances Catherine Cotter Vautrin was born 7 December 1889 in New York and passed away abt. May 1983. The daughter of Patrick Cotter (1850-1921) and Ellen Mary Ryan (1851-1899). She was married to a veteran Francis Battice Vautrin (1885 - 1919). Their relationship is interesting to say the least as per report I. Watertown Daily Times. volume 2, July 29, 1911, Page 6, Image 6.
We need collaboration in connecting her genealogy and the war service of her husband.
