Welcome to Wikitree, Colony!

Wikitree doesn't store any actual DNA data, just what test or tests you have taken.  Once you add that information to your profile it will propagate back through your tree (it takes about 24 hours) so that you and other Wikitreers can identify potential DNA matches.  You will need to use a third-party site like Gedmatch to do any actual DNA comparisons.  To add your test information, click on "Add" at the top right of your profile; DNA Test Information is the first menu item, just click that and follow the directions.

Ancestry will let you know if you have autosomal DNA matches with others on Ancestry, but, as Kathie said, to compare with people who tested with other companies, GEDmatch is a platform where test results can be uploaded from different companies and compared.

You may find the How to get started with DNA page helpful.
