Would be very grateful to find the parents of Joseph Louis Ten Broeck

Question

Joseph Louis Ten Broeck was born about March 14, 1846 (died about 1910) and was married to a Margaret Corcoran (married her in 1870) .. I was hoping for Joseph's birth certificate as I can't confirm his parents - I think they were Peter W. Ten Broeck and Helen Alquire - but I'm not sure, as my mom only thinks that was her great grandparents.
