Notable Sticker Requests: William Lewis Herndon and Ellen Lewis (Herndon) Arthur

Question

I don't know if I can add a Notable sticker myself, but I believe two of my cousins deserve this sticker. 

1). William Lewis Herndon - Infamous ship Commander who went down with his ship of gold during the hurricane off the coast of the Carolinas. Herndon, Virginia and Herndon, Pennsylvania are named for him. Herndon monument at U.S. Naval Academy. Has Wikipedia page (I will build his bio up a bit more as it does need it).

2) Ellen Lewis Herndon - daughter of William Lewis Herndon and wife of U.S. President Chester Alan Arthur. Also, the White House lists her on their First Ladies list (she is number 22), so can we also add her to the list of First Ladies here? The White House does mention she died before he took office, but because he never remarried, they list her as the official First Lady.

I added the Notables Sticker to Nell's profile, but there's no reason you can't add it to William's.
