Looking at Possible Monroe Ancestry, Need Help!

Hello,

Having found over 100 matches at Ancestry DNA between my father and descendants of the Monroe family of Scotland, and Westmoreland County, Virginia, I am hoping to perform 1:1 autosomal comparisons between my family (descendants of enslaved and free Virginians) with as many Monroe descendants as I can.

Specifically, I would love to locate as many Gedmatch kit numbers as possible for descendants of Joseph Jones and Andrew Augustine Monroe, the brothers of James Monroe (and for their father, Spence, and grandfather, William). I have definitely ruled out a direct descent from James Monroe, but my family's tests do show matches to descendants of James's two brothers. I'd love to be thorough, using a greater number of kits for autosomal testing, considering the generational distance (5-6 generations to a potential common ancestor), and match ranges from statistical noise to half matches of 47 cM and over 1% shared DNA.

I pray you can help, with much appreciation in advance!
