My Great Grandfather, RICHARD CLARKE, born to ELIZA CLARKE and unknown father, c1831, Fulbourn, Cambs Eng, GGF Richard has been my brick wall since 1979.  Yes, 1979.  I know that his mother ELIZA CLARKE b1810 Fulbourn was the daughter of WILLIAM CLARKE born about 1777 in Lt Wilbraham Cambs Eng but there are so many possibilities for WILLIAM’S parents I have no firm grip on his father or his siblings or his father’s father.  I’ve done very possible DNA test to the highest levels, Big Y, YFull, FF, etc,  but cannot find any substantial matches.  It is very possible that my paternal Y DNA is not Clarke, of course. But I have not been able to find a decent autosomal match from likely sources, either.  I would like to confirm no Clarke DNA, but I need to find a distant cousin from the Cambs line, preferably from the Wilbraham of 1700s.  Thanks for reading.
