Hi, hello. I manage the profile for John Hicks (1858), and his profile has Data Doctors Suggestion 966 on WikiTree+. The Info describes the error as "12002 Time out (Receive)" and I'm unsure how to resolve this issue. I've only ever seen "500 Internal Server Error" before.

The URL in question is https://stors.tas.gov.au/RGD33-1-36p171j2k which I can access just fine, so I'm not sure what the error is talking about. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

At the time the link was checked it returned that error. That was on 26/27 july. Today I rechecked those links and they work. Next week the error should be gone.

Hi Zachariah. It could have been a temporary error at the time the suggestions list was being constructed. One approach would be to leave the suggestion as is or add a comment, then wait until next week to see if it goes away by itself. If it doesn't and you can still access the link (as I too can successfully myself right now), you could mark the suggestion false.

It is probably related to where Aleš lives in Europe..  There are times his server (or whatever) can't access what we can, so it throws an error.
Thank you for the star, Zachariah! I'm glad this was helpful.
