Proposal to Attach Willem Gerritsen & Mary (both NNS PPPs) as Parents of Cornelis Willemse [closed]

Question

I am proposing that Willem Gerritsen & Mary (both NNS PPPs) be added as the parents of Cornelis Willemse. This relationship is mentioned in two NYGBR articles and on the Brouwer Genealogical Database (BGD) website (note: the BGD cites the two NYGBR articles as its source). The citations for the two articles are:

Douglas, note for your future reference that the most efficient way to make a request to add relationships to a PPP profile is to post a profile message on the PPP profile. That will generate email notifications to all managers of that profile, any of whom can add family member connections.

No email notifications are sent regarding G2G questions that reference a profile. A G2G post broadcasts your  message to the community, which is often appropriate, but is not particularly efficient when you need to contact a very specific subset of the community.

Thanks Ellen. I, mistakenly, thought it was the opposite way around (that G-2-G was more efficient). Now that you've explained, that the profile comment generates an email, I'll remember it. As always, thanks for your help.
