I see your WikiTree contributions include a Samuel Allen, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Allen-54154. Is that the Samuel you are interested in? If not, would it be possible for you to give more information - eg dates, or places where he lived?

My Samuel Allen was born in 1799.  The question is where.  There are two Samuel's both married Hetty's.  The Census is no help as one says England and the next says Pennsylvania.  They also have children named alike.
