Anyone know of a Betty Jo Belcher birthday is 09/09/48 was born in Metropolis Illinois?

I am a Belcher born in 1989. My grandmother and my aunties would like to know more about my grandmother's (Betty) mother and find out more things about her..... My grandmother mentioned names such as Martha, Sue , Uncle Ted and believes her father's name is James Coffee.... But no research supports those claims. My grandmother resides in Toledo Ohio but did reside in Chicago Illinois at one point of time.....
