Finding last added sourced profile in unsourced state list

Is there an easier way to get to the last profile I had done previously when I open a new session on the New York State list of unsourced profiles?  At present I have gone over 13 pages of profiles starting with births in the 1800s.  I am up to births in 1804.  Each profile I have checked on is colored in purple and helps me scroll through the 100s of names but it is hard on the eyes to flicker for over a minute.
Is there a way to go directly to the last profile I had done and
start anew without having to ruin my eyes?

Where are you getting your unsourced profiles lists? (From WikiTree+ or from WikiTree categories or from some other place?)
In addition to Ellen's question, I 'assume' you are removing the Unsourced sticker, if you have added sources.  Some of the lists you could be looking at will update after the sticker is removed, but same of the lists will only refresh once a week, like Suggestions.

I am using wikiree's New York State list of unsourced profiles.  It starts with 1800 births.  I am removing the "unsourced" each profile I source but it is only about one or two per page.  Every time I use the list I have to start with the very first page and scroll down through all of the names.  I realize new names are always being added by birth dates in among the ones I have researched but for now am ignoring them.  Any profile I have researched turns purple colored when I do them.  I have researched all of the first 13 pages of names and have to scroll through all of them before I find the end of the purple colored names to start my new research day.  This is bothering my eyes.  I am now up to the 1805 birth dates.  Is there a way to go to the last page I did yesterday without having to run all 200-300 names, and as I proceed, it will be in the 1000s if I stick with it?
Edit: not wikitree+, I don't know how to use it, just the plain lists in the Category:New York, Unsourced Profiles.
https://www.softdata.si/wt/Unsourced_20220403/NY/2_1800-1899_0.htm

That URL is on WikiTree+, which is Ales Trtnik's system, separate from Wikitree (but very related to Wikitree). I will tag your question to get attention from the folks who are most familiar with WikiTree+.

I am puzzled to see some entries in that list that had sources added  (by you) over a month ago and are not in an Unsourced category, but are still on that list and are indicated as being in Category:Unsourced.
Aha! You are working with a list generated on April 3rd. You could make some things easier for yourself if you switch to the most recent version of the which will no longer show profiles that were sourced weeks ago.

I am using my phone at the moment, so I am not in a position to give more detailed advice...
I, also, was curious as to why there were profiles corrected, some by Lucy D., that were several months old.  This morning those, plus mine, have been removed.  Linda's answer may have corrected the situation.  I am going to have to cogitate for a time to sort all of the instructions in my mind.
I'll be back if I need to.  Thanks for the help.

1st Thank you for working on those with such determination!

Since you are researching, but I gather not finding sources for many of them, those profiles stay in the query.

This query should be similar to what you are using. When you load it, it will bring up Wikitree ÷.  You have to select the Blue button 'Get Profiles' to load the results of that Query. It should show you the approximate 13,000 profiles with a location of New York with a date in 1800s that has been marked as Unsourced in Birth Date order. The query will load 1000 profiles on a page.  At the top, it has the Next button with the Page Number.  If your 1st name is in 'purple',, hopefully that indicates you worked on that page. Select the Next to go to Next page. Continue doing that until you find a name at the top that is not purple which should indicate you haven't done that page yet. You could either use the Prev to go back to Previous Page and then scroll down that page or just start on that new Page. Either way you can write down the Page Number you are working on and next time, you can hit the Next to get to that page faster. I don't see anything in the url that has the Page number once you are pages down.

You can change the maximum per page to make it smaller, but you would have more Pages to hit Next on, if you did that.

Hopefully this helps.

This query will be up to date, each time you run it, since it is not date specific as Ellen realized in your query above. You could bookmark this one.
As the statement goes "This gets curiouser and curiouser"
(ala Alice in Wonderland).  I had tried the page Linda recommends a month or more ago.  All of the profiles were
designated by a light pastel pink for females and blue for males.  When I researched one the hue  changed to a darker color and when I clicked off it returned to the pastel hue.  I asked in G2G for the colors to revert to the former
marking but nothing seemed to work so I abandoned it.
There was no way I could find to start and end my days.
I don't know how I stumbled onto Ales' page but at least I
knew which profile I had researched.  After Linda's answer I went back to the site and find that now the profile color change indicates what I asked for before.  Can I egotistically say I implemented a wikitree change?  Grin!
I stumble around a lot on the computer and can't tell why I get where I am most of the time.  I think this answers my
question.  I have bookmarked it and will spend sometime
getting it into my mind.  Thanks for all of the answers.
You gave me a laugh.

This one might work better.  It looks for only the profiles with a Birth Location of New York.  It can also be changed to Death Location, but this gives you less profiles.

Try the query url that Linda suggested.

This is strange.... I went to the New York unsourced list from the data doctor page and it also takes me to the url you linked above with the April date. Maybe Ales hasn't updated the table. That url ends with _0.htm which is a page number and you can change it, say to _4.htm to go to the fifth page.

I just did the query Linda suggested, then added Onondaga to get this https://wikitree.sdms.si/default.htm?report=srch1&Query=Onondaga+Dates%3D19cen+New+York+CategoryFull%3DUnsourced_Profiles&MaxProfiles=5000&SortOrder=BiDa&PageSize=1000. To try a different county just change it in the text box. Lewis will also find people named Lewis.

I don't know how I got Ales' page but Linda's answer gives me a better start than I had.  I need to borrow some one's kindergartener every once in a while.

To answer a few things:

https://www.softdata.si/wt/Unsourced_20220403/NY/2_1800-1899_0.htm is a page in the report created in April. The content doesn't change and that page will eventually get deleted. An update of that page is created each week and the url changes to Unsourced_20220410 and Unsourced_20220417,... We are now at Unsourced_20220522. It is better to always start from https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:DBE_Unsourced#New_York and you will be shown the latest report as it is available. Here is a shorter version of NY if you want to bookmark it.
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Automated:DD_Unsourced_List_NY

You can also use WikiTree+ to do the same as Linda suggested. if you want to do it systematically, you can do it by birth year by searching for Dates=b1831 Unsourced BirthLocation="New York" and then just change the year to the next year when needed. Here is the full link.

The new version of DBE Unsourced has improved.  I abandoned it when all of the profiles were tinted a light pink for females and light blue for males.  This was shortly after many changes had been announced. When I researched a profile the hue changed to a darker color but reverted to the light version when I was done.  I couldn't go over the lists and see which ones I had researched.  In the newer version, any profile I research changes from blue to purple and stays that way so I know where to start again.  I asked
for this change some time ago in G2G but never saw it until recently.  As you can easily see I am not computer savvy.
