Mayflower Stickers and Catagories

Hello All,

So I ran accross this sticker for Mayflower decendants (I filled in the name and ID).

{{Mayflower Descendants|passengerID=Billington-3|passengerName=John Billington}}

This is different than the normal sticker I have been seeing

{{Mayflower Family Member}}

Should I be replacing the general sticker with the one that list the family?

Also is there a general Catagory for Mayflower that does not have the check list in it?

hm.... don't know why I missed this in the feed this morning, but Linda's answer is correct. Project box on project profiles. Sitcker on your profile. No stickers in the middle

Have you checked the Mayflower Project?

The Mission section explains the Mayflower Descendant sticker. That sticker goes on 'your Wikitree profile'.  It is only put on Wikitree Member profiles.

Project Box section explains the Mayflower Passenger and Family Member 'project boxes'.  I am pretty sure that all of the Passengers have profiles.  You have to review the Mission section to understand what 'Family Members' can have the Family Member Project box added to it.

Good Morning Linda,

Thanks for answering. So the one sicker covers me and the other sticker covers descendants born before 1700.

 I guess what I should have asked is there a sticker and Category that we can add for descendants born after 1700 up to current members?

Thanks

It looks like the decision is only for those two generations of people to have stickers. Too many profiles would have it otherwise.

Ancestor Explorer App will show you what Mayflower passenger is connected to any Wikitree profile, if their ancestors are connected back.

Thanks Anne
It seems also that the spousal connection's to the Mayflower line's are no longer valid?  John Washburn (Jr.) who married Elizabeth Mitchell, has had his sticker removed, but his children's remain ... I suppose this means that a woman marrying into a Mayflower line would not qualify for the label, but her children would?

Just askin'
Sticker is for descendants. Spouse isn't a descendant, so that makes sense.
