I am marie bernadette meyers granddaughter and just completed 23 and me testing. Wondering best way to update this tree?

Jennifer, the best thing you can do now is to upgrade to the FamilyMember level (completely free). Once you have upgraded and completed the information to be a full WikiTree member, you can begin adding your family or adding to your family who already have profiles here. As you add your ancestors your DNA information will automatically appear on their profiles - sometimes it takes about 24 hours for that to happen.
