Does anyone know where Surgeon's reports can be found online? [closed]

Hi all, I'm trying to find the Surgeon's Report for this chap who was convicted in Edinburgh, Scotland, on 23 July 1841 and arrived in the Colony of Tasmania, Van Diemen's Land on the Emily on 24 November 1842.

Does anyone know if these records are available online?  I've not been able to track it down.

Thanks, SusieO.

You can get it from the National Archives Kew but it has been digitised and is on Ancestry. Only a few of the pages have been indexed and I didn't find a Francis Smith. You'd need to search page by page.  Link for subscriber  which  for some unknown  reason goes to image 12 (I was on image 1)

Sharing link  for cover page but not much help if not a subscriber

Thanks for that Helen, brilliant.  Can't find him - but that confirms some of the claims on his profile need further investigation. Much obliged.
