I need see help in finding my GG Grandfather

I am having a hard time finding my GG grandfather and I was just wondering if someone could help me with it. I know who my great grandfather was and where he was born. I have tried Everything to find his father and mother and haven't heard any luck. They were born in Greece. I was given a name of my GG grandfather but I haven't been able to find Anything and I'm starting to get frustrated. Is there Anyone who might be able to help me or steer me in the right direction. In order for us to help you, you need to give his name, any dates you might have, any places he might have lived.  If you wonder why we're asking - well, I'm English, but supposing your great grandfather lived in USA or Australia? Different dates mean looking at different sites for sources. Help us to help you! :)

My Great Grandfather was Michael Papandreou Andrews born in 1888 in Bergoubitsa Greece and died in 1944 in St Louis Missouri. I have been able to find him and his immigration to the US and his marriage certificate. But I can't find his parents. I was given a name for his father which was Frederk Papandreou. Supposedly born in 1820-1830 in Greece as well. Bit I can't find Anything. I have even tried different spellings of the first name. Still Nothing
