Hmm, that's a strange case Reta. It appears that you have tried it three times and gotten the same result each time. The only possibility I can think of is that the file you're trying to upload has somehow become corrupted, and the software isn't recognizing it as something displayable. If you're able, I would suggest scanning your original photo again, deleting the three false starts, and then try uploading the new scan. If that won't go either, but it displays properly on your own computer, then I'd suggest adding the tag "Bugs" to your question, and see if Jamie can figure it out.
