How do I add a source to an Ancestor DNA confirmed from Ancestry?

I don't think you can use Ancestry alone that far back.  You will probably need chromosome detail.

Wikitree doesn't actually store any DNA data, just what tests people have taken.  That information percolates through your tree (how far back depends on what kind of test), and then it's up to you to connect with other descendants to do an actual DNA comparison on a site like Gedmatch.  Marking relationships as Confirmed with DNA once you get past your parents is not that easy.  Here is a link to the Help page which explains what's required: Help:DNA Confirmation (wikitree.com)
