If someone is interested in a significant project in pre-1700 Sweden and Denmark, this would be a great area.
Denmark ceded the province of Skåne to Sweden under the terms of the Treaty of Roskilde in February or March 1658.
During the Skånska War (1675 - 1679), there were a number of locals who participated on the side of Denmark, having recently been Danish subjects. These were called Friskyttare or snapphanne (considered derogatory in swedish, but a point of pride for the snapphanne). At the close of the war many of these decided to move to Denmark rather than remain in Sweden and face charges of treason, etc. This is understandable as those who were caught during the war were generally executed. It turned out that penalties after the war generally weren't so drastic.
There is a good amount of material available about the Snapphanne. Recently I came across a really good source: Persson, Stefan. Snapphanar. 2011. https://www.yumpu.com/sv/document/read/4628260/snapphanar-av-stefan-persson-a-stra-gainge-kommun
Included in the source are muster rolls of various snapphanne companies as well as lists of those who decided at the end of the war to settle in Denmark. These are people who dissappeared in Sweden, and appeared in Denmark. Often with the names spelled differently.
If someone wanted to make a project of it, the project could include a freespace page and catagories as well as profiles for all of the snapphanne and their families.
I have done some work with the profiles, which is kind of fun as usually you find people are born, they get married, they have children, and they die. But this has actual action in actual history.
I would tackle this project myself, but with work and other focuses I don't have the time just now. But I would be willing to contribute.
