How to change the spelling of a birth name for female Rhoda Sartain not Sartin

Are you the profile manager? or on the Trusted List?

If so, go onto the edit tab of the profile and scroll down until you see the field for the Last Name at Birth.  If you are, then there will be a tiny [edit] link.  Click on that to change the name.  You will be asked for a reason for the change, so hopefully you will have a source! :)

If you are not the PM nor on the TL, you will have to contact the profile manager and present your information and source.

there was no profile manager so I adopted it and still cannot edit Last name at birth

You should be able to.  I cannot see the Edit tab of the profile, because you have not saved your draft.
