Many famous people have died recently, but I have not seen it mentioned that naturalist, conservationist, ant expert, Pulitzer-prize winning author E. O. Wilson died Sunday, Dec. 26.  I don't see that he has a profile.

There are many statements on the web about his passing.  Here is one: https://www.reuters.com/lifestyle/science/obituary-modern-day-darwin-eo-wilson-dies-92-2021-12-27/

Thanks Tommy,

I probably should have added a Notables tag to my message, but I'm not very knowledgeable about how to make these posts and I didn't know how to add more than one tag.  At least I learned how to add a link!
I have posted this to the Notables for you!!
Thank you, Robynne, for doing that.
You can still edit your above post and add the notables tag after the Wilson tag. Just leave a space and start typing and the tag should pop up. Just select it when it does.
Ok, I did that.  Thanks for the advice.

His father Edward Osborne Wilson has a profile, as does his mother. Whoops, this is what comes from not reading a post carefullly.
