How do I register Antenati sources data? It is not only a matter of lost links, but a matter of " sharing rights" law.

There is a heading just above the image being viewed. At the left end there is a graphic with three horizontal lines. Clicking on this gives the identifying information of the register from which the reference can readily be created. For example, for a page from a register from Palermo:

RISORSA

Archivio di Stato di Palermo > Stato civile della restaurazione > Ustica > 1820-1823

Archivio di Stato di Palermo > Stato civile della restaurazione > Ustica > 1820-1823

As I understand it, the IMAGES themselves can´t be shared without permission, but the links to the images can.

The indexed images/records have new permalinks. I cite the not-indexed records with the link to the volume, then Nº of act and page of the scanned volume. And of course to which Archive it belongs, etc.

E.G.: Archivio di Stato di Mantova, Bagnolo San Vito, Matrimoni pubblicazioni Vol. 189, parte I, Atto 39, available at Portale Antenati https://www.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/detail-registry/?s_id=1478952 pg. 54

That way the origin of the data is traceable and Antenati gets acknowledged for putting it online
I write the source more or less the same way as Cristina above.
Thank you very much for these comments. I'll review them. Have a nice NewYear.

Do you have a profile that you have a problem with?

Linda, thank you very much for replying. I don't know if I understood correctly, but now the Antenati website for Italian sources has stated that it is not permitted to share to the public these documents, so now it is very difficult for the people who have Italian ancestors profiles, to present facts evidence.  I don't have now as many certificates I would like, because of the period and place (Faenza, RA 1820-1866). Would you please comment on the issue?
I would add Italy as a tag, which will get the attention of the people on that project, so they might have some ideas.

On your profiles, although you can't actually link to the docs, you can add the information that you can see to the profiles and create an inline citation that goes to that website, possibly mentioning that documents cannot be shared.

Mario,

I am unsure if I am understanding exactly what you're asking.

Yes, all of the hyperlinks created before the change-over at Antenati last month no longer work.

Antenati appears to have scheduled work on the records you're interested in.

I can find an existing record and create a link to it like this

As far as downloading an image of the document, the new website has made it more difficult than it used to be. It can still be done. There are people all over the world working on making it easier again.
