His wife was Anna Mina Snelling, b: 16 Oct 1860; died: 27 Dec. 1942 (Vancouver, BC, Can). His daughter Laura May is my husband's PGM. Thomas listed his parents as George and Mary Willoughby on his marriage license (1881). Thomas said he was born in County Wicklow 29 Jul 1856 - but I can find him there. Several DNA distant DNA cousins link back to John Willoughby 1787-1855 and his wife Sarah (1818-1891) but I can't see where Thomas Henry fits into the line.
