Unresponsive member procedure at RED priv level

Hey,

A member that is profile manager for several profiles is non responsive. His profile is Red level, so without the menu entry "Family Tree & Tools" in which the option is placed to request the non-responsive member procedure.

What would be the best thing to do now? Does the manual need updating? I know I can just send yet another e-mail to info, but maybe more members run into this...

When you begin the unresponsive profile manager process, you do it from the profile you want to work on, *not* the profile manager's profile.

So, for example: John Doe is managed by Fred Bloggs.  You begin the process from John Doe's profile, *not* Fred Bloggs.
