Finding a birth record for Mike Theordore Enders Enders-348

Question

I am trying to find a birth record for my grandfather Mike Theodore Enders - son of Mathias Enders and Mary Knoebel. He was supposedly born in Missouri on 21 Dec 1884. He had listed  on various documents that he was born in St. Louis. I have not found any documentation to confirm this.  His infant brother Edward Endres died in 1883 and is buried in an unmarked grave in St. Peter and St. Paul Catholic Cemetery Old in St. Louis per a cousin's research https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/26521941/edward-endres

There is a Mathias Enders who is buried in St. Louis in 1893, a Mike T. Enders living with his mother in Iowa in the 1910 Census and the paystub of Mike T. Enders in Iowa for 1915 (however the age is not correct on the census, which is not that unusual and there are no other Mike T. Enders on the census)
