Hi James. The following reference confirms that a Joseph Montgomery (middle name not mentioned) with those parents was baptised on 12 March 1824 in the parish of Haddington.

Thanks Jim, i went on this site and bought a copy for my records. Where can I found where Robert and Jean was buried. I want to visit Scotland in near future and also thier graves, my 2nd great grandparents

If you purchase the image for that, it will probably include burial information, but not in much detail. It may also give full names for his parents.

It looks as if Joseph had a brother, called Robert after their father:
