Edward B Myers, Bachman Valley, Carroll County MD, 1870: can anybody find him?

I have a long term project of finding everybody who attended "5 estate sales in the Bachman Valley" (see freespace below) (Manchester, Westminster, Hampstead, Melrose) in Carroll County Maryland between 1870 and 1890. I am sure that E. B. Myers, who attended in 1870, is this man: Edward B Myers but I hate to have put him in wikitree with nothing but the 1870 census. I am pretty sure he is NOT the Edward B Myers found in Lancaster County, that's just not the direction these people migrated and that one never lived in Manchester. Anybody want to help find him a family? Mr Mancha?

Do you think that E.B. Myers, he or she, might have attended with Granville Myers whose name appears under E.B.'s.  Might they have come from the same area.
