What happened to our grandfather, Harold Courtney Hall (1894-?)?

Question

We are looking for our grandfather, Harold Courtney Hall (Jan 10, 1894 in Ontario, Canada to  _____?). His mother's maiden surname was Ruddick.

He was married to Violet Mary Beardsell Black in Spokane, Washington (Oct 25, 1915) and lived in Cranbrook, BC as well as Medicine Hat, Alberta.

He traveled by ship from Vancouver to Seattle in Sep 1923 stating his destination to be Reno. From that point, he seems to have disappeared.

He is believed to have lived in the Los Angeles area, perhaps starting a new family.

Got it. Thanks for your quick and relevant response.

For clarification, we have traced Harold's life up to June 1923 when he disembarks at Seattle. It is from that point he seems to have disappeared from the "radar."

Your welcome. That site is good for Washington state researchers. I wasn’t able to find much else even in newspaper and findagrave yet, but I’m sure other collaboration can find more

I'm still at the "rookie" stage. I notice that someone has added some tags like you suggested. I added his mother's maiden surname in case he was in touch with her. I'm not sure what a "sourcer" is. 

As mentioned, like you, I've found nothing after Harold landed in Seattle in June 1923 so far. I suspect he was on the run and probably didn't want to be found. I'm going to keep digging. 

It's been a life-long mystery for me.
