I have created a Family Mystery Free Space Page for Bridget Byrnes (c1810-1880) Byrnes-1053 and William Twist (b c 1805) Twist-305, my great, great grandparents:

Space:Byrne/s_-_Twist_Family_Mysteries

They were married 18 March 1850 at Liverpool, New South Wales, while their daughter, Marian Twist-304 was born there on 26 December 1846.

Research indicates that William was a convict.  I have been unable to find his death.  Bridget may also have been a convict, but it's possible she came free, or even was born in the Colony.  I have not found conclusive evidence.

Any assistance or comments would be appreciated.

Many thanks, Doreen

Have you obtained a copy of Bridget's second marriage certificate?

Thanks for that question, Leandra.  I had it on file and have now updated her bio.  Unfortunately, it doesn't provide birth places, ages or parents.
