Is this Maharani a Notable? Should she be Project Protected?

Question

As a Data Doctor here I come across this profile once in awhile, because there are 3 error codes on it, and it is a 5 Star (popular) profile. Her relatives are that popular as well. The profile manager hasn't made changes in 11 months, and perhaps has left the board (I've messaged them). I see that the India team doesn't have a project leader, so I ask those who know more: who could or perhaps should project protect this profile?

You are correct, it would be appropriate to do this, and this is a process I have begun. However, it won't address this particular profile, because it is privacy protected. Therefore, as I understand it, this profile won't be orphaned

I can find no evidence that she is Notable, so we would have to clear that up first. I can find no Wikipedia article for her in any language. I find very little information on her on the internet. In fact, the highest hit count on a web search come back to WikiTree, so that doesn't help the case either. If someone can find a Wikipedia article to support her Notability, then I would normally recommend we orphan the profile and open the privacy, since she passed away so long ago. But if there's controversy present (although I'd argue that it's more of a single profile manager and not a full-out controversy), then the project can take her as profile manager. I suspect any other PM who took her profile would probably keep her open.

I thought perhaps she might be a Notable based on her marriage to the Raja of Manipur, but it does not appear to be the case. Her husband does appear to be Notable, but his information is not very complete and conflicts a little with the WikiTree info:

So not to derail the topic, but Ningthemcha-3 should be marked as a Notable and opened, but I can't find a reason to mark Ngangbam_Ningol-1 as Notable.
