Comments on Elizabeth (Turman) Carter

Question

Even though the duplicate profile is connected to the same parents, and although her maiden name is spelled Truman, instead of Turman, the profile manager refuses to merge. Documentation is under Turman-436.  What else can be done?

Kathy, I have used the unresponsive merge option for someone who has marked the profile private and so the proposed merge stays on my list for over 30 days.  I did not know that I could use this method for rejected merges.  I trust your judgement, so if you think it will help, I will try it.
