Geopolitical event calendar

Is there a current list (space page?) or method for adding geopolitical events during a person's lifetime? Setting some context for this person's experiences?  Maybe even maps of their country or area at that point in time?

If I am understanding correctly (about being able to link to events documented in space pages), the question is both Yes and No.

While I am not aware of any detailed lists (space pages or otherwise) for events in a specific area, there are tons of space pages across the site that may fit the needs of a specific event (map, etc.) you are looking for.

For example (and although they are not a geopolitical event) cemeteries are a great example. When I reference a cemetery in a bio, I try to include links to cemetery space pages that give more context if the user wants to know more about it.

On the profile of my third great grandfather, Josef Volčík, I reference a few pieces of information that I believed to be interesting and may have contributed to his life (including a few new links this morning);  born under the rule of Francis I, first Emperor of Austria, the Metternich years (on Wikipedia) which may help explain his choice to migrate to the United States.

Now, if I am a bit off and you are looking more for a physical timeline, such as those created on Ancestry, I don't think we have anything of that nature yet available through space pages or otherwise.

Sorry if I missed the mark here...
