Category of schools in my county?

Question

Just wondering how to get all the schools in my city or county categorized.  I live in Auburn, Lee County, Alabama and there are no schools list in that category. Auburn University is listed under Colleges, but what about high schools, junior high schools, elementary schools and private schools?

You could go down a major rabbit hole trying to put all those right?  So, what is supposed to go in this category:

Alabama, Lee County, Schools

Most people don't bother with middle and elementary schools and they will likely never  be populated with many profiles. 

What "goes" in are categories for schools in the following format:

[[Category:School Name, Town, State]], so it would be like this one: for Sidney Lanier High School in Montgomery: [[Category:Sidney Lanier High School, Montgomery, Alabama]] Notice the parent categories are the county school category AND the location category.

Colleges generally use ONLY the name of the school, but they are categorized to the state's college and university category as well as the location. The county schools category can also be added, if desired.

Please add the school categories to profiles instead of adding a bunch of categories with no profiles attached to them.

I see.  I figured that it wasn't used much and I have only a handful of ancestors that I would be putting in the categories.  I appreciate you response and the great info.

I think this is one thing I will put on my ever growing "To Do" List.
