Fold3 Look Up - Arthur Thomas Winborn 3rd Dragoon Guards [closed]

Hi,

Hoping someone with Fold3 access could see what is available for Arthur Thomas Winborn, enlisted approx. 1892, 3rd Dragoon Guards, Regimental Number 4137. English Military.

Hoping I could get link to image if it is possible like Ancestry.com, or at least transcription and citation. Feel free to add it straight to profile if easier. Particularly interested in next of kin, areas of service, and rank at discharge.

3rd in Dragoon Guards is crossed out and 4 overwritten.

The certificate is dated 10 Dec 1892. The number prior to his name was originally 11058 and has been crossed out and overwritten with 4137. He was 5' 8 1/4", 129 lbs, hazel eyes, brown hair, he had a tombstone tattoed on his left forearm, 8 marks on back (not further detailed). On the second page it repeats 4th dragoon guards (rather than 3rd), on page 3 the service number is different again as 4237, discharged as a corporal and the date looks like 21 Nov 1902. Mother's name is Fanny at 3 Churchview, Silverhill, West Hastings. Was awarded the India Medal in 1895, served in NW India Frontier Campaign 1897-98. There is additional info worth having.
