Elizabeth Larkin Born 1803 to David larkin Of Walter & Elizabeth Gilford -1st Larkin - a planter - in Nova scotia, and Lydia Sophia Cook of Ephriam & Louisa ring. Was She married.
I suspect she may be the Elizabeth married to John Larkin 1800 of Stephen Larkin & Ruth Cook. They show up in the 1871 and 1881 census and the birth dates compute well for these two Real Larkins If married to each other.
Some have a John of stephen married to an Elizabeth kinney of Thomas and Lydia Bartlett. But this Elizabeth she is dead at 18 years -on ancestry I believe in 1823.
This 1800 John is real - I have him a number of places as in The Argyle , Yarmouth Co tWP Book. Some Have a second John (ancestry) in the family of stephen Born 9 dec 1815. NOt in the argyle Book that I saw - though there are children before and after this date in the TWP book Stephen 1813 and Elizabeth 1818 - BIt no John B.1815.
That is the Overview.
I am compiling the first Larkin Families In Nova Scotia in order to isolate the couples that could have had my ancestor - Frances larkin B 1825.
So if there is someone interested in the first Larkins in Nova Scotia I probably have a very lot of it for sure. This is my 3rd go round over the past 30 years.
