Searching for Simpson Haskins, of KY

Question

He was the father of Jennie(Jane) and Oretta Taylor Haskins.  I have no idea who his wife was, of his birth and death info. Oretta and Jennie married brothers in Chariton Co. MO.   Oretta b. Apr 20 1859.  No date for Jennie.  The brothers were Willia E Williams and John Peter Williams Jr, respectively.  They married the same day same place.  It seems his early days were in KY, at some point resided in MO and finally moved to CA. were I assume he died.  This has so far been a fruitless search, any leads would be greatly appreciated.

But notice that this is a BIG 'IF'!

William and Oretta did move to Fresno California but moved back to Chariton.

Oretta Haskins her father was Allen S. Haskin born abt 1822 Kentucky,mother

Lucy B.  born abt 1822 Virginia.Find there marriage record may find more info.

look at 1880 census all the Haskin Clan are in Fresno California.You will see

Allen and Lucy but must look at census view of original.Children of Oretta ,Boyd L,

Roy W., Ralph E.,John P,. Earl,.Raymond, Victor A,. Virgil H.,off 1900 census.
