I inadvertently created an active WikiTree profile for a dead person by entering an e-mail address. How can I fix it?

I created a profile for a dead person, Gifford-4029|Carolyn Gifford Zimmer, who died, 14 Jun 2012, but entered an e-mail for one of her living relatives (who is not on WikiTree), thinking to invite that person to WikiTree. Now WikiTree thinks the dead person's profile is for an active WikiTree member, even though I have checked the "certainly dead" status button.

I have tried to revert to earlier versions. No luck, because I apparently entered the email in the first edit. Deleting the e-mail doesn't work either. So I am turning to G2G for help.
