It currently is only linked to county not city/town.

The fun part is figuring out if it's Morristown or Morristown (village) for the location.

I would say it is in the Village. According to the Wikipedia article linked to the Morristown (Village) category

 The village was north of the junction of New York State Route 12, New York State Route 37, and New York State Route 58.

The Pine Hill cemetery is just north of that junction.
