There is a tree on Ancestry with many photos of the family which lists her as Euretta Julia Lance Farris Hayes & lists her parents as William Lance 1868 & Virginia Nash 1862-1899Find A Grave Memorial# 104547646. Not many sources for parents. Here is one of the photos:

This marriage record is confusing- could be typo? middle name?  but the following records from Rutherford, TN may lead somewhere.   I would contact the county clerks office and see if you can obtain originals as they may have some further clues.  This relates more to your previous question.
