Help please, Brothers Amos and Moses Pillsbury show the wrong wives

Question

Moses Pillsbury Pillsbury-21, born 1738 in Newbury, Mass, married Abigail Howard (currently she has 2 wiki id's; one is Howard-14569)

Lieutenant Amos Pillsbury Pillsbury-1722, bapt. 1744 in Newbury, Mass, married Ruth Rogers, Rogers-11360.

Can someone assist with fixing/swapping these profiles?

Ruth had 2 husbands or were there 2 Ruths?

There were two women named Ruth Rogers, born within a couple of years of each other, both born in Newbury, Mass. This is going to take some time to clarify, because I need to discover the parents names, etc.  I have requested the merge for the two Abigail Howard profiles, and started tracking Ruth, the wife of David Cooper.  And to think this started as a "simple" unsourced New Hampshire profile!

I'd torment you some more, my lady, Janine, but I be just now  torturing Andrew Simpier, who's got soldiers in g2g, knowing - KNOWING - I'd go there. Hahahaha, he got one who turned out to be an adopted Canadian in the USA Army, who's American bio-father was a 3 time divorced draft dodger !!!

Go to edit mode on each profile of the brothers.  On the right hand side of the column check the add/remove feature under edit the spouse.  On the new page go WAY TO THE BOTTOM of the page.  There is a place to remove the current wife.  Remove her.  Go back up on the page and put the right wikitree ID and number in the correct place and save it.  Repeat for the other brother.

You may have to edit some of your sources to the correct profile after you correct the spouses.  I didn't follow all of them.  You may want to merge the two profiles of one wife before you swap the husbands,

Hi, I've requested a merge for the wife that has two profiles, and changed the profiles for Amos and Moses so their wives are correctly identified.  Ruth Rogers' family tree -- since there were two or three born around the same time -- is taking a bit longer.  Persevere!
