Merged record still referenced on father's profile [closed]

Question

Mary Sibley, Sibley-547, was apparently merged at some point into Sibley-49, as it should have been. But Sibley-547 appears on her profile as a sister, and both appear on her father's profile among his children.

Post merge ghost profile.  I removed the merged-away profile so she is no longer her own sister.

If the merge had been more recent, as in the last month or so, I would not have, but would have advised tagging Jamie.  However, Jamie doesn't want those older ghost bugs.  (This disclaimer has been added to fend off those who would tell me I should not have corrected the issue.)

I had to do it a second time also, from the mother.   I think that may be because Mary was the subject of more than one merge.  (Normally the ghost appears on only the one profile, but Mary was still showing as [half] sister after the one ghost was removed.  So I checked the mother's profile, as well.)

You mean the mentioned list in the biography? That is not automatically changed and requires someone to jump in. The profiles are open....

@ Michel -- Mary was still attached to both parents on the merged-away profile and the merged-into profile.

This is a known bug, but as the merge was done in 2015, that was long enough ago Jamie has said there'd be nothing helpful gained from checking, so it could be corrected.
