Can you help me locate the Parents of Caroline Erdman (Mideke)?

I've hit a road block in my search and can't seem to find the parents of Caroline Erdman, may be spelled Ertmann, She married my great-grandfather Frederick Mideke in 1851 in Kariensiek, Wetphalia,Prussia. Caroline was born in Prussia in 1833 and Died in Illinois in 1869. If you could help me find any information regarding her parents or any possible siblings, I would greatly appreciate it.

Today the Bauernschft Kariensiek belongs to the town district (Stadtteil) Sommersell, which is part of the town (Stadt) Nieheim in the rural district (Kreis) Höxter, Government district (Regierungsbezirk) Detmold, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland.

From 1815 to 1866 the Bauernschaft Kariensiek belonged to the municipality (Gemeinde) Sommersell, administrative district (Amt) Nieheim, rural district (Kreis) Höxter, Government district (Regierungsbezirk) Minden, province (Provinz) Westfalen, Kingdom (Königreich) Preußen, Deutscher Bund.

I have looked on matricula, where the Catholic church records were put online for free, but Sommersell is unfortunately not currently available online.
