Rhonda, near the top of the profile you will see the CHANGES tab. Click that to display a list of all changes made to the profile, including identification of who made each one, and click any change to see the before and after of what got changed for each one. You will also have an opportunity to restore the profile to the way it was before whatever change you are looking at.
