Are two different people conflated in this profile?

The sources cited on this profile refer to Margery niece of Thomas Foljambe as the first wife of Nicholas Montgomery, and Margaret widow of Richard Baskerville as his second wife. That implies that two different people have been conflated here, which is the only way I can see that the dates for the children work.

It is more a question of the dates for the children of Nicholas Montgomery. The younger Nicholas was the son of the elder Nicholas' first wife Ann and not his second wife Margaret/Margery. It may be the same with daughter Matilda or perhaps her estimated year of birth is incorrect.

You might want to add the Magna Carta tag as Matilda/Maud Montgomery, daughter of Nicholas, is a Magna Carta profile.

It seems that two daughters of Matilda were betrothed in 1409 and 1410 respectively (see Richardson Magna Carta Ancestry: Carell p 477, and Gresley) which would suggest that Matilda was also a daughter of Nicholas Montgomery by his first wife Anne.
It seems that Anne was the first wife of Nicholas Montgomery and his second wife was Margaret. There is uncertainty regarding Margaret. If she was the widow of the Richard Baskerville who died c 1394-95 then she wasn't the mother of Nicholas Montgomery or Matilda Montgomery. Whether the Margaret, widow of Richard Baskerville, was Margaret Foljambe is also uncertain.

There is a Plea of 1 Henry V (1413) by John Baskerville which indicated that his father was a Richard Baskerville and mother was a Margaret who married a Nicholas Montgomery.
To confuse matters further, History of Parliament http://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1386-1421/member/montgomery-sir-nicholas-ii-1435 says that Margery niece of Thomas Foljambe was the wife of a different Nicholas Montgomery, grandson of the man linked here. The Foljambe pedigree says he died in 30 Henry VI (1451-2): https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=gri.ark:/13960/t55f58g91&view=1up&seq=143&size=125 .
Thanks - I will take another look at it.
