Hi Doug, you might try adding tags for france, nouvelle_france and quebec, so that researchers in that area see your post.  There are many active and knowledgeable researchers, here.  Best of luck with your search.

hi Doug,

the father never came here.  Am adding proper sources for him and doing a bio for his son also.

The tag to add would be Quebecois (goes to all project members), not Nouvelle-France, which is what the project is about.

also corrected the mother, who got given a namesake's dob etc.  Extreme conflation in that tree I  guess.
