If we disregard the dates on these two profiles, which are in any case unsourced, and focus on their wives and children, then these two profiles are not duplicates.
They both have images of pedigrees on their profiles which would indicate that Wasteneys-15 is from the family of Tixhall Hall, and Wasteneys-3 from family of Colton. I suspect that the death dates aren't correct for either profile and belong to another William Wasteneys, perhaps the son of Wasteneys-15, at least according to the pedigree.
Having said that, there is only one source on Wasteneys-3 and none at all on 15, and more research needs to take place to find out definitely where these profiles fit into the overall Wasteneys family.
