Can two different marriage dates be entered for the same couple?

Lillian (Abel-3046) and Dominick (Caprio-21) were married twice for religious reasons. They married in her denomination in 1918 and then Lillian converted and married in Dominick's religion in 1956. Both marriages are listed in the New Jersey marriage index for those years.

How should I enter both these dates? There was no divorce they just married again to suit the Church.

Write it in the biography.  [I'm pretty sure...] there's no other way to record two marriages between the same two people.
