David,  Thank you for this  "Appreciation" of Debi.

I don't think it's really obvious to most WikiTree members what her impact is.  

She has incredible technical skills and familiarity with WikiTree processes.  Layer into that,  great judgement, common sense, a calming influence, dedication to WikiTree.

I could go on and on.   She is truly a woman  "behind the scenes"  holding a lot together.

When you look at the badges on Debi's profile, you don't ask what she does, you have to ask what she doesn't do on WikiTree.
She is a project leader, mediator, greeter, team captain, ranger and much more.
An all-rounder, who is active in all areas with full engagement.
