On Watchlist with change yesterday, but none visible

I have this entry in my watchlist (I hope all links keep working). But last change is actually somewhere in April, not Aug 29. Can anyone figure out what is the change being picked up by the watch list?

Have the same. In my case it's mostly profiles with the {{wikidata}} template (at least at first glance) but I don't get  what could be the reason for your change.

Dear Team,

it happens quite often in the meanwhile that something is changed (at least according to the activity in the watchlist), but there is no notification about WHAT is done. I think it would be only fair towards the PMs to at least notify them with a little explanation what was changed.

If a template is updated, such as wikidata, it shows as an update on all profiles with that template, even though nothing actually changed in a profile.  I agree it is frustrating, but all you can do is check changes log.
I just checked the changes log on a profile I did not touch for 10 months. My watchlist says it was changed yesterday. The changes log says EditBot renamed a category for that profile in March. This is ALL what is written in the changes log. So WHAT was edited by whoever?? I want an answer.
If it isn't a change to one of the relationships, logged at the other profile involved (which it isn't in this case) it will be a template that's been changed.

So in this case something has been done in the programming of the {{wikidata}} template - I didn't notice it's presence on Michel's example when I first looked, but it's there.

It would be very nice if these obscure changes to templates could be prevented from showing up in the watchlist.
or - the other way around - that an explanation is given.
