All the info i have on her parents come from a copied birth certificate.

Certificate of birth -state of new york, New york County, New york.

She was sent aboard the orphen train abt 1892 whare she was adopted by frank and Margaret Scherr of  Polk, Washington, Wisconsin.

I belive my grandma said that kathi was a barmaid
