William Webster II or III died in 1750?

The profiles for William Webster II and his son William Webster III both list the same death date (09 August 1750).  This seems very improbable.  So which of them actually died on that date.  Apparently no known children for William Webster III, so perhaps he died on that date in 1750 shortly after his 1749 marriage?  I've seen a death date 09 June 1774, but was that William Webster II or William Webster III?

I found the death record for 09 August 1750, and it says husband of Susanna, so it is William Webster II.  I've added that death record to his sources.    As for the 09 June 1774 date, that might actually belong to Moses Webster (brother of William Webster II).

I found a death record for a William Webster for 04 November 1776.  Unfortunately no spouse or parents are listed.  I suspect this may well be William Webster III.

Followup,

William Webster who died on 13 April 1791 in Pennsylvania was actually born in Pennsylvania to William Webster and Sarah James.  He is about the same age as our William Webster III, but is a different man.  So I am assuming that William Webster III was the one who died in 1776.

I couldn't find a New Jersey will abstract for any William Webster 1670-1785, though he/they witnessed a few wills.

There are some land records but men with the name, but I don't think they are for them.

Shotwell's Annals page 12 lists no DOD for William II, with William III on page 13 born 27d 7m 1723, married to Mary Thorn in 1749, dying in 1750.

I would look in the ratables (tax) index for them, but the Library is still closed.

You might want to have a look at some of the county histories listed on Sources-New Jersey.

Sidebar--Ancestry is a pain for some of these early New Jersey Quaker meetings, the only records you can find are  compilations of dates compiled long after the fact (sometimes 150 years later), like the ones listed in other answers.
